Cultuzz is a Berlin hotel distribution business running several connected products: CultSwitch, a channel manager wired into the major global distribution systems and a long list of OTAs; CultBooking, a white-label commission-free booking engine that hotels drop onto their own site; and RoomDB, an open accommodation content database. I contributed across the product codebases and owned the delivery infrastructure, writing the GitLab CI/CD pipelines for every sub-project so the whole suite shipped through one build, test and deploy path instead of each product carrying its own. Hotel distribution is unforgiving about downtime, since a booking engine that is offline is revenue that never arrives and a channel manager that stops syncing is an overbooking, which is what made a consistent release path worth building rather than a nice-to-have.
